Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Platform Engineer (IAM) with expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), DevOps, Infrastructure-as-Code, and cloud platform engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building and managing enterprise IAM platforms, automating infrastructure, and designing scalable platform architectures.

Required Skills:

5 8 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering.
Hands-on experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms such as ForgeRock or similar solutions.
Strong experience with Terraform in enterprise environments.
Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Spinnaker, and ArgoCD.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Go, or Python.
Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure automation.
Strong understanding of IAM architecture, integrations, authentication, and authorization.
Experience with C4 architecture modeling.
Solid knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and platform engineering best practices.
Experience working in regulated enterprise environments is highly preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Build, deploy, and manage enterprise IAM platform infrastructure.
Design scalable platform architectures and automation solutions.
Develop and maintain backend services supporting IAM platforms.
Build and optimize Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform.
Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Spinnaker, and ArgoCD.
Support platform consolidation and migration initiatives, including Terraform repository migrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable platform solutions.
Ensure platform reliability, security, and operational excellence following enterprise standards.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with enterprise IAM implementations.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience in highly regulated enterprise environments.
