- 7+ years in Oracle applications consulting.
- 3+ years Oracle Field Service Cloud experience.
- At least 1 2 end-to-end OFS implementations.
- Strong integration experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
- Experience supporting large field-service or EPC organizations.
- Proven expertise in workforce optimization, scheduling, dispatching, and mobile field operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Oracle Field Service Implementation
- Lead Oracle Field Service Cloud implementation and enhancement projects.
- Conduct business requirement workshops with stakeholders.
- Configure OFS according to operational and business requirements.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice solutions.
- Support solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
Field Workforce Management
- Configure workforce structures including:
- Field Technicians
- Contractors
- Supervisors
- Dispatchers
- Service Regions
- Configure work zones, shifts, calendars, and travel parameters.
- Optimize workforce utilization and productivity.
Scheduling & Dispatch Management
- Configure routing and scheduling rules.
