Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service (OFS) Consultant with expertise in Oracle Field Service Cloud, workforce scheduling, dispatch management, and Oracle Fusion ERP integration. The ideal candidate will lead Oracle Field Service implementations, optimize mobile workforce operations, integrate enterprise applications, and support large-scale field service and EPC environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) implementation and enhancement projects.
- Conduct business requirement workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
- Configure workforce structures, routing, scheduling, dispatch, work zones, calendars, and travel parameters.
- Manage work orders, service appointments, crew assignments, and emergency field requests.
- Configure Oracle Field Service Mobility for field technicians and mobile workforce operations.
- Integrate OFS with Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle SCM Cloud, Oracle PPM, Oracle Maintenance Cloud, CRM Applications, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Develop operational dashboards, reports, and KPI analytics.
- Support UAT, production support, Oracle Cloud quarterly updates, and end-user training.
Required Skills:
- 7–15+ years of Oracle applications consulting experience.
- 3+ years of Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) experience.
- Minimum 1–2 end-to-end Oracle Field Service Cloud implementations.
- Strong expertise in:
- Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS)
- Routing & Scheduling
- Capacity Management
- Dispatch Console
- Work Order Management
- Resource Management
- Mobility Configuration
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Services, Data Migration, Workflow Configuration, Mobile Application Configuration, and Reporting & Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of Field Service Operations, Workforce Scheduling, Dispatch Optimization, Asset Maintenance, Crew Management, Resource Planning, SLA Management, and Inventory Tracking.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM, Oracle Maintenance Cloud, Oracle PPM, Oracle ERP Cloud, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Oracle Field Service Cloud Certification.
- Experience in EPC, Infrastructure, Utilities, Energy, Telecommunications, Power Delivery, or other field-service organizations.
- Experience supporting Renewable Energy, Pipeline Infrastructure, Data Centers, Civil Infrastructure, Utility Services, and Water & Wastewater projects.
- Knowledge of mobile workforce optimization, scheduling, dispatch, and enterprise transformation programs.
