Location: Anywhere in the USA (Remote + 70% Travel)


Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager (New Accounts) with a proven track record of new logo acquisition in the IT Services and Digital/Data Transformation space, specifically within Retail, CPG, and Manufacturing industries.

This is an individual contributor role focused on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across the US market.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, trusted advisor, and strategic seller who thrives in a high-growth, target-driven environment and understands industry-specific challenges across Retail, CPG, and Manufacturing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisition by prospecting, qualifying, and closing opportunities for IT Services and Digital Transformation solutions within Retail, CPG, and Manufacturing accounts.
  • Build and execute account-based sales strategies to penetrate target organizations.
  • Engage CXO-level stakeholders to understand business challenges and position relevant IT/Digital solutions.
  • Create and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and value propositions aligned to industry-specific needs.
  • Own the complete sales lifecycle – lead generation, discovery, solutioning, negotiation, and closure.
  • Act as a client advocate, ensuring an excellent buyer experience from first contact through deal closure.
  • Build long-term client relationships based on trust, credibility, and value-driven conversations.
  • Analyze market and client data to identify buying patterns and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and leadership teams to ensure solution alignment.
  • Proactively address client concerns and contribute to continuous process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM systems.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in pure Hunter / new business sales.
  • Proven success selling IT Services, Digital Transformation, or Data/Digital solutions to Retail, CPG, and Manufacturing clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to close 4–5 new logos in the last 2 years, preferably within these industries.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Transformation in Retail/Manufacturing, including:
    • Omnichannel & Customer Experience
    • Data & Analytics
    • Cloud & Platform Modernization
  • Experience selling complex, consultative, services-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to independently build pipeline and close deals without reliance on existing accounts.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling mindset.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients in the US Retail or Manufacturing sector.
  • Existing network and relationships with industry decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales methodologies.
