We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Camunda BPM, Java, and modern web technologies to join our growing team in Mexico. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing workflow-driven applications while ensuring system reliability and performance.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of relevant industry experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in Camunda BPM (workflow design, troubleshooting, optimization).
• Hands-on development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Solid experience in Angular for front-end development.
• Proven experience in application vulnerability fixes and security best practices.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and database administration, including:
  • Database design
  • Performance tuning and optimization
  • Complex query writing
• Experience supporting release cycles and production environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain workflow solutions using Camunda BPM.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize business processes and workflow performance.
• Build robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using Angular.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and remediation to ensure application security.
• Design and optimize database solutions, ensuring high performance and scalability.
• Participate in release management activities and provide support for production deployments.
• Investigate and resolve production issues, including root cause analysis.
• Analyze application logs and system behavior to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (development, QA, DevOps, business stakeholders).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with MongoDB.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud environments.
