Our client, an AI-driven fintech B2B startup, is seeking a Founding Sales Account Executive to help build and scale its sales organization from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional to work directly with the CEO and take full ownership of the enterprise sales cycle while helping define the company s go-to-market strategy.
The ideal candidate is a charismatic and results-driven sales professional with 4 8 years of experience, including 2+ years as a closing Account Executive, and a proven ability to close high-value enterprise deals. This role requires someone who thrives in early-stage startup environments, enjoys building pipeline from scratch, and wants to play a key role in shaping the company s sales playbook and future sales team.
In this position, you will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing, selling to banks, fintech companies, and financial institutions. You will work closely with leadership to refine sales strategy, develop scalable processes, and contribute to building a high-performing sales organization.
