Summary

Top Requirements

(Must haves)

6+ years of technical product management experience
Project experience within transportation initiatives – specifically around LTL (Less Than Truckload) & parcel

LTL experience is preferred, rather than general transportation/logistics domain experience

Heavy experience with transportation management systems (Descartes is a plus)
Strong understanding of 3PL networks
International transportation familiarity relative to EDI differences & country-specific requirements

Experience in England & Canadian country-specific requirements is a plus

Experience in onboarding new domestic carriers
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills
Coming from a technical environment – working with engineers (not just from the business/operations side)
Day to day experience with working with business stakeholders,, gathering requirements, writing user stories, and working with development teams to execute on feature/functionality or enhancements of systems/applications.
Experience working in an Agile environment and with Jira.
