Description- Performing ongoing lead scrum master duties for 1-3 teams
- Leading continual process improvement efforts for multiple teams' Agile processes
- Working with team leads and subject matter experts to create backlogs, assisting with task breakdowns
- Assisting with the development and documentation of agile processes and workflows
- Developing reports, briefs, and other accompanying documentation needed for stakeholders
- Enforcing processes within the team and follow up with individual contributors and leads when deviations to the process occur
- Utilizing both written and verbal communications skills, and ability to work well in a team environment

Requirements- Self-starter who can lead and execute process improvement effort
- Prior experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
- Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Certified Scrum Master, or other similar certification
- Knowledge of the software development life cycle
- Minimum of five or more years of industry experience
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret/SCI security clearance
- Possess good time-management skills
- Proven effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with JIRA for task management and confluence for project documentation
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
- Enjoys working with people in a fast moving, innovative environment
- Adept at refinement, story management, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other scrum
technique
Desired Skills- Fluent with Microsoft Office 365 (Planner, SharePoint) or Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) suites
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or other technical discipline
- Knowledge of test planning, test management, test execution, and automation
- Knowledge of digital engineering / model based systems engineering practices
- Experience working with technical requirements on military systems
- Ability to provide Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile and Scrum training and coaching
