SAP Business Analyst (OTC/SD & PM) – ERP Transformation

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Plant Maintenance (PM) to support a large-scale ERP transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have experience driving SAP S/4HANA implementations, business process standardization, and enterprise-wide system integration within complex manufacturing environments.

Required Skills & Experience

<>1. SAP S/4HANA & ERP Transformation

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and transformation programs.
• Experience supporting ERP migration and modernization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business process harmonization and global template deployment.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

<>2. Order-to-Cash (OTC) & Process Standardization

• Deep knowledge of SAP SD and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Experience analyzing, designing, and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
• Exposure to global or multi-region process rollouts.
• Continuous improvement mindset with focus on operational efficiency and standardization.

<>3. Plant Maintenance & Enterprise Integration

• Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) processes and integrations.
• Understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, procurement, inventory, and maintenance workflows.
• Experience supporting cross-functional ERP integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
• Analyze current-state processes and develop future-state SAP solutions.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation activities.
• Drive OTC/SD process improvements and standardization initiatives.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and deployment activities.
• Identify process gaps and recommend scalable SAP solutions.
• Support change management and adoption of new business processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech industries.
• Proven success in large-scale ERP transformation programs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
