Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, cloud technologies, and database management, along with experience in application architecture and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java and J2EE technologies.

  • Develop scalable microservices-based applications using Spring Boot and Spring Framework.

  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and web services.

  • Work with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.

  • Develop backend services using Java 8/11/17 or newer versions.

  • Implement database solutions using SQL and NoSQL databases.

  • Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.

  • Implement security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and production support.

  • Work with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Required Technical Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.

  • Strong proficiency in Core Java, OOP, Collections, Multithreading, and Exception Handling.

  • Hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17+.

  • Strong experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.

  • Expertise in Microservices architecture.

  • Experience developing REST APIs and Web Services.

  • Strong knowledge of Hibernate, JPA, and JDBC.

  • Experience with SQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.

  • Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.

  • Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.

  • Hands-on experience with Git, Maven, and Gradle.

  • Experience with Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

  • Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and unit testing frameworks.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with React.js or Angular.

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Experience with design patterns and system architecture.

  • Familiarity with ELK Stack, Splunk, or Grafana.

  • Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and API security.

  • Experience with performance tuning and application monitoring.

  • Exposure to Generative AI, LLM integration, or AI-powered application development.
