Detailed Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Process Consultant (BPC) with strong ServiceNow expertise and business process consulting experience. The ideal candidate will translate complex business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions, design optimized workflows, and drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
The consultant will serve as a functional solution lead, collaborate with customers and Agile development teams, mentor junior consultants, and leverage AI-driven tools to enhance workflows and customer solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead small to mid-sized project teams and serve as the functional solution lead for ServiceNow implementations.
· Specialize in one or two ServiceNow product offerings and apply workflow expertise to deliver effective customer solutions.
· Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into ServiceNow configurations, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
· Design and optimize workflows using ServiceNow capabilities and industry best practices.
· Create user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategies, and documentation to support Agile development and implementation.
· Collaborate with customers to review and approve requirements, validate solutions, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
