Responsibilities:

  • Partner and collaborate with Operations experts and IT teams across the organization deliver robotic process automation solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Analyze and review business requirements and process documentations in detail. Design implementable technical solutions and build process automation using UiPath RPA platform. Mimic human actions to interact with desktop applications, websites, databases, office documents, etc.
  • Monitor robot status, troubleshoot and diagnose run-time automation issues, develop error handling mechanisms to stabilize the robot. Timely respond to user queries.
  • Maintain and enhance existing RPA solutions, continuously improve code quality, increase robot efficiency by utilizing latest/advanced features.
  • Build robots by adopting the required coding standards. Deploy robots by following the standard change management process.
  • Keep abreast of the latest RPA technology and skills, such as new UiPath features, AI integration into RPA, etc., and adopt in RPA project development.
  • Working collaboratively with operational and technical teams to deliver projects by assigned deadlines.
  • Documenting process workflows, creating technical designs, release notes, and other project documentation to support development, security, operations, and maintenance of a project.
  • Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios prior to launching.
  • Participating in QA testing activities, including testing at the task and end-to-end process levels, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Communicating to colleagues or customers during the product development to make sure it fits design and progress is communicated at all times.
  • Deploying projects successfully and problem-solving issues that arise in day-to-day running of automation processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.


Support:

  • Understanding system and business change cycles to ensure automated processes are proactively amended to reflect changes.
  • Assisting developers with fixing bugs and enhancing the code of automations in production.
  • Developing strategies to optimize bot schedules to achieve maximum productivity of digital workers.

  • Perform these functions with minimal supervision


Education and Experience Level

  • At least 6 to 10 years of experience developing in different kinds of automation tools with at least 2+ years of experience in RPA development using UiPath tool
  • Experience in at least 2-3 complete development cycle using UiPath
  • Good communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • UiPath Advanced Level Developer certification is preferable
  • Experience working with Document Understanding OCR or any other OCR tool is a plus
  • Experience with Agile / Scrum
  • Exposure to Agile tools - Jira / Trello etc
  • Exposure to Testing frameworks / automated testing
