Role: SAP Finance Transformation / Implementation Consultant
Location : Santa Clara,CA(Onsite)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Transformation Consultant to support a finance transformation initiative involving SAP S/4HANA implementation and integration with existing enterprise systems. The consultant will work closely with finance stakeholders, engineering teams, and technical architects to design and implement technical solutions, with a focus on migrating from NetSuite to SAP.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support finance transformation initiatives, including SAP implementation, integration, and migration activities.
  • Contribute to the migration of financial processes and data from NetSuite to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Collaborate with finance, engineering, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Participate in solution architecture, technical design, system integration, and implementation planning.
  • Support SAP HANA-based solutions and integrations with Microsoft Azure.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between finance requirements and technical deliverables.
  • Track project activities, issues, dependencies, and deliverables using Jira.
  • Assist with testing, issue resolution, deployment coordination, and post-implementation support.
  • Ensure finance processes and integrations meet business requirements and project timelines.
Required Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA technologies.
  • Experience with finance transformation projects and SAP implementation or integration.
  • Exposure to NetSuite-to-SAP migration or integration initiatives.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure in an enterprise technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of technical solution design and system integration.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, finance, and technical teams.
  • Experience using Jira for project tracking and issue management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with supply chain processes and related enterprise system integrations.
  • Experience supporting end-to-end finance system transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to data migration, financial system testing, and implementation support.
