StaffRight Associates has been retained by a premier industry partner to identify a talented Software Engineer for a direct-hire position operating on a hybrid schedule out of Dunkirk, NY. This dynamic role centers on shaping next-generation web platforms, mobile platforms, and intelligent workflows by leveraging cutting-edge development frameworks and microservices. What You’ll Do

• Architect and launch responsive, full-stack enterprise web platforms that maximize user engagement and system scalability.

• Drive the construction and refinement of backend microservices, optimizing infrastructure speed and dependability across intelligent application environments.

• Engineer resilient mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms, integrating seamlessly with cloud resources and specialized microservices.

• Champion intelligent workflow automation and contextual user interactions through advanced enterprise frameworks.

• Orchestrate and monitor containerized service deployments to streamline multi-environment infrastructure delivery.

• Partner with UI/UX designers, machine learning specialists, and operations teams to ship secure, resilient, and optimized software products.

• Implement robust automated testing routines, continuous integration workflows, and real-time operational monitoring to guarantee high software standards.

• Author clear technical blueprints, operational runbooks, and process enhancements to boost overall engineering efficiency.

• Spearhead cross-functional technical initiatives that directly propel key business goals while expanding internal technical capabilities.

What You Bring

• Three Plus Years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development or Mobile Development, with a history of deploying enterprise-grade systems into live production settings.

• Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related quantitative academic field.

• Deep technical expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript spanning modern client-side and server-side ecosystems.

• Professional exposure to Artificial Intelligence Frameworks, including tooling like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or CrewAI, with a strong background in releasing intelligent software solutions.

• Proven proficiency utilizing Frontend Frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Svelte.

• Demonstrated background crafting software applications for iOS Platform and Android Platform using native or multi-platform approaches.

• Strong operational command of Node.js execution environments and microservice system design.

• Preferred experience utilizing Docker Containerization and Kubernetes Orchestration tools for automated application deployment.

• Comprehensive background in Technical Writing, System Architecture, and producing standard operational documentation for multi-disciplinary teams.

Compensation & Total Rewards

Annual base compensation ranges from $130,000 to $145,000.
