Salesforce Architect (Field Service)

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL) to design, govern, and deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing field service solutions. The architect will define end-to-end Salesforce architecture, lead complex implementations, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and business objectives.

Must-Have Skills:

12+ years of relevant work experience (15-20 overall)

• Field Service Lightning
• Sales Cloud
• Service Cloud
• Business Solutioning (Expert)
• Enterprise Integration Strategy

Preferred Qualifications & Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA
• Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer
• Experience with industries such as Utilities, Manufacturing, Medical Devices, Telecom, or Energy.
