Summary

We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer who will be responsible for technical leadership, architecture decision-making, mentoring development teams, and delivering scalable digital platforms using ASP.NET , .NET Core Microservices, Azure/AWS Cloud, and Enterprise DevOps practices. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on coding expertise, and the ability to drive end-to-end implementation.

Key responsibilities:

Define frontend and backend architecture aligned with enterprise standards.
Lead the design of microservices architecture, integration strategy, and scalability roadmap.
Conduct technical reviews, enforce coding patterns, and define best practices.
Collaborate with product owners, UX teams, and architects to align technical vision with business needs.
Lead sprint planning, effort estimations, and technical delivery ownership.
Champion AI-assisted development practices with enterprise guardrails.
Ensure reusable component development, dynamic form rendering, and micro frontend capability.
Establish and enforce branding, design system, and responsive layout strategies.
Implement secure session management, advanced routing, caching, and API orchestration on frontend.
Design RESTful and event-driven Microservices using .NET 6+, C#, gRPC, Azure Functions/Kafka/Event Grid.
Implement clean architecture, DDD, CQRS, and resilient patterns like circuit breakers & retry mechanisms.
Ensure robust API security (OAuth2, Identity Server, Azure AD).
Architect CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions.
Own deployment strategies across environments with feature flags, blue-green deployments.
Enable monitoring, logging, and observability using App Insights, ELK, Prometheus.
