Job DetailsResponsibilities
- Handle civil litigation matters with increasing autonomy while collaborating closely with partners and fellow associates
- Conduct legal research and draft clear, concise pleadings, motions, and memoranda
- Assist with discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Manage and prioritize multiple matters while meeting deadlines
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members
- Contribute thoughtfully to case strategy and overall litigation planning
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas
- Civil litigation experience required; Texas state court experience preferred
- Strong academic background; law school GPA must be included on resume
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment
- Strategic, detail-oriented, and intellectually curious mindset
