Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Description
In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping translate complex operational needs into scalable, AI-driven solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping the development and adoption of an innovative tool designed to streamline case management workflows. This position requires a strong balance of technical expertise, business acumen, and communication skills to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and successful delivery of high-impact solutions.z

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather, define, and document comprehensive business requirements and system rules
• Partner closely with Product, IT, Operations, and AI development teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of solutions
• Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and technical documentation
• Drive execution of system enhancements and support the ongoing evolution of AI-powered tools
• Provide consistent, transparent communication through regular status updates, including progress tracking, risk identification, and issue escalation
• Support Agile workflows by contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative development cycles
• Manage multiple priorities and competing demands in a deadline-driven environment

• 5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience with strong technical and analytical capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with Jira or similar project management and issue tracking tools
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, facilitation, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in documenting detailed business and system requirements
• Experience working within Agile frameworks and applying Agile principles
• ????Healthcare industry experience or exposure to healthcare-related systems and processes
• Experience working with claims systems, vendors, or related platforms
