Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in SAP Implementation, Rollout, Migration & Support projects
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Perform system configuration & customization
- Develop technical objects (for technical roles)
- Manage cross-module integrations
- Support SIT, UAT & Go-Live activities
- Provide post-production support
- Prepare functional & technical documentation
Project Manager roles:
- manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communication
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT / Engineering / Business / Related Field
- 8 – 15+ Years of relevant SAP experience
- Minimum 1 End-to-End Implementation preferred
- Strong knowledge of business processes
- Experience in S/4HANA projects preferred
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- SAP Certification (added advantage)
- Experience in Global Rollouts
- Exposure to SAP Activate / Agile Methodologies
- Industry exposure (Manufacturing, Pharma, Retail, Automotive, FMCG, BFSI, etc.)
Experience Required: Mid to Senior Level Roles
