job summary:

This contractor will work with the project team, vendor and business partners to design, develop and integration systems with Planview Portfolios to support user provisioning, resource attributes, project financials, agile artifacts, technologies inventory, along other data points. You'll provide design recommendations and approaches along with administrating, configuring and coding the integrations. Collaboration with Platforms, such as Cloud, Monitoring, InfoSec, Data Management will be essential

- Analyzes information from various sources to identify options and communicates recommendations

- Analyzes requirements for software programs or application enhancements

- Writes or modifies code for complex software programs, components or applications

qualifications:

- Strong Angular development skills.

- Strong C# coding skills.

- Extensive experience with 3rd party APIs, handling authentication, and troubleshooting connectivity.

- Strong relational database skills, including writing optimized SQL queries.

- Strong unit testing skills, with proficiency in frameworks like MS Test to ensure robust, reliable code.

- In-depth knowledge of integrating business systems (especially Cloud or SaaS solutions).

- Advanced analytical, technical troubleshooting, diagnosing and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience using and configuring Planview Portfolios (formally known as Enterprise One).

- Expertise in .NET 8 and higher versions.

- Experience with Project Management Systems

- Experience writing JAVA statements

- Minimum of 7 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.

- {OR} Completion of a technical training program and 4 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.

- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in an Information Technology related field of study and 4 years related work experience programming and supporting software applications.
