The candidate should ideally have experience working as a Product Analyst and/or Program Management role in liaison to a technology group. • Define and track platform health indicators (KPIs, SLIs, SLAs).Author high-quality user stories with robust acceptance criteria and adequate documentation. Take part in the delivery of features as they progress through the development lifecycle, mitigating impediments, conducting user acceptance testing and tracking completion against sprint/increment goals.
• Support data standardization and oversight by reviewing data flows in and out of the PMP platform.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand capability dependencies and gaps to support future. Work closely with our Platforms, Engineering, Technology and Business partners. Communicate regularly with platform users as needed for platform announcements, compliance, user maintenance, and usage maintenance. Measure and report on metrics related to platform usage levels, data ingestion, efficiency, and performance. Implement and manage data & platform controls to enable compliance. Manage platform related projects and programs and troubleshoot data related problems to deliver p2+ years of experience in Product Management/Development. Experienced in managing projects and programs across technical and non-technical stakeholders. Foundation data skills (Python, Hive, SQL etc.) and UNIX knowledge. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and processes to identify creative solutions and drive incremental improvement.
• Experience in System analysis/technology, big data, data warehousing, business intelligence
• Knowledge of Platforms such as Hadoop, Big Data. Experience with SAFe Agile software development and collaboration tools such as Rally Software, Atlassian Suite, and Slack.Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Problem solving skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to take independent responsibility of projects.
