Summary

Warehouse Systems Lead

Location: Remote (EST)

Client: Supply chain domain

Position Summary

The Warehouse Systems Lead will oversee warehouse technology platforms, including RF-Smart, POS systems, printer networks, and warehouse operations applications to support efficient inventory and fulfillment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead support and optimization of warehouse technology landscape.
Manage RF-Smart implementation, configuration, and support.
Oversee POS systems and warehouse device integrations.
Support printer network administration and troubleshooting.
Partner with operations teams to improve warehouse processes.
Monitor warehouse system performance and availability.
Coordinate testing and deployment of warehouse enhancements.
Support inventory accuracy and fulfillment initiatives.
Manage third-party vendors and technology partners.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of warehouse systems or WMS experience.
Hands-on experience with RF-Smart and warehouse operations.
Knowledge of inventory management and fulfillment processes.
Experience supporting barcode scanners, handheld devices, and printer networks.
Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience integrating WMS with NetSuite ERP.
Experience working in retail, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
