Role Overview
Experience: 8 10 years in Financial Services.
Location: Las Vegas, NV (Hybrid with monthly travel to client locations)
Education: Bachelor s degree required; Master s in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, CS) preferred.
Key Responsibilities
FICO Platform Leadership: Lead the implementation and management of FICO platform modules, focusing on credit risk decisioning, orchestration, and fraud.
Risk & Regulatory Compliance: Drive transformations related to Basel III/IV, CCAR, CECL, and FRTB.
Technical Integration: Apply AI/ML methodologies and advanced data architectures to risk modeling, stress testing, and capital adequacy.
Strategic Delivery: Manage end-to-end agile project delivery and engage cross-functional stakeholders.
Practice Development: Contribute to solution design, thought leadership, and the mentorship of junior consultants.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Domain Expertise: Extensive experience in Credit Risk Management, specifically within Retail Banking products like credit cards and personal loans.
Technical Proficiency: Strong background in Data Governance, Risk Analytics, Reporting, Risk Technology and emerging AI-driven compliance approaches.
