Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Content Management Technical Analyst to support content and catalog management activities for enterprise e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will manage CMS data, create and maintain technical documentation, and collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to enable new feature deployments. This role requires strong CMS expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain content and data within CMS and catalog management platforms.
• Create clear technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, release notes, and technical specifications.
• Update and maintain documentation to reflect platform enhancements and new features.
• Configure and manage content required for new e-commerce feature releases.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and business teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Prioritize and execute multiple production schedules with competing deadlines.
• Ensure data accuracy, content quality, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Work independently while driving cross-functional initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Experience with content/catalog management and documentation development.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand technical workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong decision-making, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal supervision.
