Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support complex IT and business initiatives. This role involves analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise applications while aligning business needs with technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to high-impact projects within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to align technology solutions with strategic objectives
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers and IT teams
Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support system implementation decisions
Serve as a liaison between business users and IT teams to ensure effective solution delivery
Support and optimize one or more complex business processes
Participate in multiple projects simultaneously as a key team member
Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased operational efficiency
Provide ongoing functional support for enterprise applications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors (required)
Strong understanding of business processes and enterprise systems
Basic knowledge of programming concepts and ability to read/understand code
Proven ability to analyze complex problems and deliver effective solutions
Experience working on multiple projects with tight deadlines
Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or other advanced degree
Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly SuccessFactors
