Description
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual, hybrid, and in-person events.
Partner with stakeholders to understand event objectives and recommend appropriate AV and conferencing solutions.
Support the configuration, testing, and deployment of event technologies, including Zoom Meetings, Zoom Webinars, Zoom Rooms, and integrated AV systems.
Coordinate technical rehearsals, speaker readiness sessions, and event support resources.
Monitor live events and assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution to ensure a seamless participant experience.
Participate in post-event reviews and contribute recommendations for process and service improvements.
AV Solutions & Technical Operations
Assess event requirements and help design AV and conferencing solutions that align with business needs.
Configure and validate event platforms, room technology, audio/video systems, and support workflows.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and support procedures.
Collaborate with vendors and internal support teams to ensure successful event delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical testing and readiness reviews.
Support speaker onboarding, training, and rehearsals.
Coordinate on-site and virtual event support resources.
Monitor event performance using conference management and monitoring tools.
Document issues, resolutions, and lessons learned to improve future events.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
