Role : Senior .Net Fullstack Developer / Architect

Responsibilities:
Lead the design and architecture of scalable and maintainable software solutions using .NET and Angular.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the team is leveraging the best tools and practices.
Mandatory Skills:
Proficiency in .NET framework and .NET Core.
Strong experience with Angular for front-end development.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm).
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Understanding of security best practices in software development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on .NET and Angular.
Proven experience in a leadership role, guiding teams through the software development lifecycle.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
