Your New Role

• Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential and commercial settings

• Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment as needed

• Install ductwork, piping, vents, thermostats, and other HVAC system components

• Follow installation plans, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures

• Test, commission, and verify proper system performance after installation

• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues as they arise

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

• Complete installation documentation accurately and on time

• Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and supervisors

• Perform work throughout the North Austin Metro, Texas (78758) area

• Minimum 2-3 HVAC installation experience required

• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, installation methods, and hand and power tools

• Ability to read and interpret installation instructions, blueprints, and technical documentation

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver\'s license

• EPA Section 608 Certification preferred

• NATE Certification or equivalent industry certification preferred

• Experience installing a variety of residential and commercial HVAC equipment is a plus

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds

• Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and work in confined spaces when necessary

• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the workday

• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and job site conditions

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship
