Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Project Manager - Innovation Strategy.

Responsibilities:
Stage Gate Governance & Program Management:
* Coordinate monthly innovation review cycles, timelines, inputs, and pre-reads
* Manage submissions with project owners, ensure innovation guideline compliance and readiness to review at monthly Committee meeting
* Orchestrate meetings, capture actions, and track follow-ups

Innovation Performance Tracking & Analytics:
* Develop, enhance, and maintain innovation performance dashboards and KPI frameworks
* Lead weekly/monthly performance-reporting creation and presentation
* Analyze and quality-check data, assess impact to overall brand trajectory and what's changed vs. prev report, and synthesize key insights for wide range of audiences from innovation team up to senior leadership
* Support post-launch performance tracking, upskilling our team tools and review cadence, and synthesizing insights across projects to drive clear guardrails on future innovation projects

Team Operating Rhythms & Communications:
* Innovation 1YP process: Facilitate workstream to plan our 2027 innovation pipeline, working with cross-functional teams to develop business cases against innovation projects, balancing detail orientation with strategic view and communicating the results back to senior
leadership for decision making
* Global reporting cadences: updating performance templates and distilling key insights, and facilitating Global Huddle meetings for updates on performance and key projects
* Competitive innovation tracking routines: Facilitate performance tracking updates, insights projects competitive samplings; Assist with competitive innovation tracking updates
* Team planning: Manage team meeting calendars and PMO agendas, facilitate bi-weekly team update meetings, maintain information flow hygiene across the team

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong project management, planning, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination skills
* Performance analysis and reporting experience (both analyzing data and storytelling for wide range of audiences)
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint and data analysis capabilities

Nice-to-Have:
* Power BI or dashboard development experience
* Familiarity with innovation development and commercialization processes

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
