We are looking for an experienced Xstore Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Oracle Retail Xstore POS to lead architecture, design, and implementation of retail POS solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions and integrations across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Xstore POS architecture, design, and deployment
Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Design integrations with ERP, CRM, inventory, and payment systems
Oversee customization, configuration, and system performance
Provide technical leadership, conduct reviews, and support production issues

Required Skills:

8+ years in IT with retail POS experience
4+ years in Oracle Retail Xstore POS
Strong knowledge of Xstore architecture and customization
Experience with Java, Spring, REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations
Good understanding of retail processes (POS, inventory, payments)

Nice to Have:

Experience with Oracle Retail Suite (RMS, ORCE, ORBO)
Cloud, microservices, or large-scale retail implementation experience
