Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday security administration or configuration.
Strong knowledge of Workday HCM security architecture and role-based access control.
Experience configuring security groups, domain security policies, and business process security policies.
Hands-on experience with role assignments, organizational security, and user access provisioning.
Understanding of Workday business processes, approval workflows, and security inheritance.
Experience with security troubleshooting, access reviews, and SoD remediation.
Knowledge of Workday reporting security and integration security.
Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, and security documentation.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
