Job Title: Business Analyst / Quality Assurance Analyst ( State client experience)

Job Summary:
seeking an experienced Business Analyst / QA Analyst to perform business analysis, requirements gathering, process documentation, and software testing in an Agile environment. The resource will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to translate business needs into functional requirements, develop test plans and test cases, validate system functionality, track defects, and support application releases.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of business analysis, requirements gathering, workflow development, and stakeholder communication.
5+ years of software QA/testing, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
7+ years of software analysis, testing, and customized test procedures.
2+ years of business process design experience.
5+ years of experience with TFS, Visual Studio, SQL Server, MS Project, Balsamiq, Microsoft Office, and legacy systems.
Previous experience working within State, Federal, and/or local government .
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SNAP, TANF, Economic Services, or Early Child Care and Education programs.
Agile methodology, test automation, enterprise applications, and system integrations.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Interview Process: 2 rounds – First round virtual; second round onsite in Columbia, SC.
