Role: Oracle Fusion Cloud Technical Administration Lead
Location: Philadelphia, PA


An Oracle Cloud Technical Administration Lead oversees and drives end‑to‑end technical delivery for Oracle Fusion Cloud Platform across SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS. The role is responsible for managing OIC, OCI Administration Networking, Storage, ATP Database & Security issues. The Technical Lead conducts code reviews, enforces best practices, manages technical risks, and ensures solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with program objectives. This role also partners closely with functional teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of Oracle Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the overall Oracle Fusion Technical Administration lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud projects, ensuring all technical work adheres to Oracle and industry best practices.
  • Define integration patterns and architectures using OIC (adapters, FBDI/UCM, REST/SOAP), event‑based integrations, and Java microservices for high‑volume or high‑performance APIs.
  • Implement environment management and CI/CD strategies, including deployment automation, version control, and readiness for quarterly Oracle Cloud updates.
  • Provide production and non‑production support, troubleshooting integration failures, incidents, defects, and performance bottlenecks across OIC, custom components, and PaaS solutions.

  • Fusion Administration (8+) - ITSM, Fusion Inbound/outbound integrations, Working knowledge of ESS, UCM, BIP, BICC, Clones/Refreshes, APIs
    ATP Database (8+) - Performance, Monitoring, AutoScaling, High Availability, Fragmentation, Security, Troubleshooting PL/SQL
    Other DB Techs (5+) - Mongo, mySQL, MS-SQL, Redis
    OCI Admin (8+) - IDCS, SSO, Cloud Administration, Log Analytics, Cost Analysis, Notifications
    OIC Integration (8+) - Connections, Agents, Monitoring, APIs, Maintenance, Troubleshooting Integrations
    Networking (5+) - VCNs, Load Balancers, SSL Certs, routing, security lists, firwall, latency
    Storage (5+) - Object/Block Storage, buckets
    OS (5+) - Linux, Windows
    Scripting / Automation (8+) - Python, Shell, Powershell 
    AI - LLM (5+)

8+ - subject matter expert, should be able to handle the issues/asks independently

5+ - has exposure, working knowledge, can get things moving with some additional help.

 

  • Excellent communication skills, enabling direct interaction with client stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, ensuring effective collaboration with technical teams, functional consultants, architects, and business users.
  • Oracle Cloud Certification

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7 to 10 years of IT experience, with at least 2 full life cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
  • Agile delivery experience
