Your skills
  • 2-3 years of hands-on IT support experience (printers, PCs, servers, or data center environments).
  • Experience in Windows 7-11, MS Active Directory, utilization of GPOs, MS Office 365, PC hardware installation and troubleshooting, enterprise anti-virus solutions and IT ticketing systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and basic networking.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel long distances between customer sites.
  • Availability for rotational shifts, including 24/7 on-call support and Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50+ lbs.
  • This role is an Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $24 - $27 USD.

Your tasks
  • Provide onsite and remote technical support for printers, PCs, servers, and data center equipment, ensuring timely issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Perform installations, upgrades, repairs, and configurations of hardware and software across client environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues, including HP servers and enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with dispatch, project managers, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service tasks, inventory, and issue status while following safety and quality standards.
