Title: SCRUM MASTER
Location: Deerfield Beach, FL (Onsite)
Duration: 6 months+
Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery and transformation initiatives across enterprise programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of transitioning teams from Waterfall to Agile, driving organizational agility, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. This role requires strong leadership, coaching expertise, and the ability to align technology delivery with business objectives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Scrum Master in enterprise Agile environments.
- Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Lean).
- Proven success in Agile transformations, improving delivery rates, reducing costs, and enhancing team efficiency.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud modernization.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, backlog refinement, and program execution.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.

- Master of Science in Information Technology
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science
