Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Microsoft Systems Administrator and play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing the stability, security, and performance of our enterprise systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge Microsoft technologies, including Power Platform and SharePoint Online, while advancing your skills in both low-code and pro-code development, artificial intelligence, and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Support & Maintenance: Provide first and second-level support for enterprise systems, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving complex incidents to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • System Configuration & Optimization: Plan, execute, and document complex system configurations, upgrades, and decommissioning activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Performance Tuning: Implement performance tuning, monitoring system trends to identify and proactively address potential issues.
  • Collaboration & Support: Work cross-functionally with technical teams, vendors, and end-users to share information, resolve problems, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Create and review detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and maintenance activities to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • AI & Modern Technologies Integration: Assist in leveraging modern AI capabilities, including generative AI and neural networks, integrating these tools into business solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Security & Stability: Support system security protocols and safeguard enterprise systems'' stability, availability, and integrity across various domains such as networks, databases, and storage.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of application support experience within an enterprise environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience with at least 3 years in IT or operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and web technologies including JavaScript, REST APIs, SQL, and NoSQL data sources.
  • Familiarity with AI, neural networks, and deep learning fundamentals is a plus.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Publishing Pay Range: $40.00 - $41.00 Hourly
