Location: Onsite 2-3 days/week in Winchester, VA; Vienna, VA; or Pensacola, FL
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM
Duration: 6+ month contract with potential to extend
Responsibilities- Support the product management lifecycle, including requirements gathering, documentation, and backlog grooming.
- Assist with creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and product feature specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals.
- Help track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Analyze data, feedback, and trends to support product decisions and improvements.
- Facilitate communication and updates between internal teams within the REL organization.
- Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retros as needed.
Qualifications- 1-5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or lending is a plus.
