Job Title: Workday Studio Consultant
Job Location: Pleasanton, CA
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr
Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy complex integrations using Workday Studio.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using:
  • Core Connectors (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, etc.).
  • EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder).
  • Workday Web Services (WWS).
  • Workday APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Build inbound and outbound integrations with third-party vendors.
  • Create and maintain calculated fields, custom reports, and integration system security.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT cycles.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in production.
  • Manage integration migration across tenants (Sandbox, Implementation, Production).
  • Work closely with functional consultants, HR, Payroll, and Finance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with Workday security and data governance standards.
  • Provide production support and enhancement activities.
Skills And Qualification:
  • 6+ years of experience in Workday Integration Development.
  • Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Studio.
Strong Knowledge:
  • XML, XSLT, XPath.
  • Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • JSON.
  • SFTP, PGP encryption.
  • Experience in Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, or financial integrations.
  • Experience with Workday security and business process frameworks.
  • Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
