Summary

Requirements
  • 5 or more years of experience in professional IT project management and lifecycle execution.
  • Proficiency in healthcare insurance information technology and Medicaid delivery systems.
  • Experience with MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint for technical project administration.
  • Experience in risk management, including identifying risk triggers and mitigation strategies.
  • Experience with technical effort estimation and resource allocation for complex workstreams.
  • Experience in managing high-profile healthcare claims systems and vendor-led initiatives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution and delivery of multiple high-priority healthcare IT projects simultaneously.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed effort estimation and resource mapping.
  • Manage project risks and issues to ensure all technical deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate project activities across internal business units and external technology vendors.
  • Create and maintain essential project artifacts, including metrics, reports, and technical documentation.
  • Facilitate collaboration between diverse stakeholders to align competing technical interests.
  • Present project status updates and strategic roadmaps to executive leadership teams.
