WORK HOURS AND LOCATION
A) Services shall be provided during normal business hours unless otherwise coordinated through the Agency. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., excluding Texas state holidays when the agency is closed.

Position will be 3 days remote with 2 days (Mon & Thurs) required to be onsite at the location listed above. Program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY (Within 50-mile radius). **Subject to change per the hiring team**
Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas.
The working position is Hybrid - On Site and Telework. Any and all travel, per diem, parking, and/or living expenses shall be at the Candidate's and/or Vendor's expense.

Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in digital transformation and business process reengineering. A Business Analyst in this context is expected to have expertise in Business Process Reengineering (BPR), analyzing, redesigning, and optimizing complex business processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. This position serves to align business strategy with operational execution by analyzing current operations, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing new processes. Collaboration with IT, operations, and product teams is required to support the implementation and adoption of updated workflows. Proficiency in analytical, communication, and change management skills is necessary to support organizational change initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in business architecture, a proven track record in large-scale digital change, and an intimate understanding of the MITA framework.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Digital Transformation: Spearhead and significantly contribute to large-scale digital transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation and designing future-state business capabilities that leverage emerging technologies to achieve strategic organizational goals.
Business Process Reengineering (BPR): Conduct comprehensive analysis of current-state business processes, identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and pain points, and design optimized, streamlined future-state processes. Lead efforts to implement reengineered processes, ensuring smooth transitions and measurable improvements in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service quality.
Strategic Business Modeling: Develop and maintain robust business architecture artifacts, including current and future state business process models (using BPMN), data models, capability models, value streams, and organizational models. Utilize various modeling tools and notations to effectively communicate complex business concepts to diverse audiences.
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Definition: Collaborate extensively with senior leadership, business units, IT teams, and external partners to elicit, analyze, and validate complex business requirements. Translate strategic objectives and user needs into actionable business and functional specifications that guide solution development.
Bridge Business & IT: Act as a critical liaison, ensuring seamless communication and understanding between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. Articulate business impacts of technical decisions and technical implications of business requirements.

The Databricks Administrator is responsible for administering, configuring, and supporting the Databricks platform to enable scalable data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML workloads. This role ensures platform reliability, security, cost optimization, and compliance while supporting data engineers, analysts, and data scientists across the organization.
The administrator will manage workspace configuration, cluster policies, user access, integrations with cloud services, and ongoing platform monitoring to support enterprise data and analytics initiatives.
