The IT Manager will lead site level information technology operations for a large enterprise environment. This role is responsible for end user services, infrastructure reliability, application support, cybersecurity compliance, vendor management, and alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives. The position is primarily onsite and supports operational and manufacturing users.Responsibilities
· Lead and oversee onsite end user support services including Tier one through Tier three support
· Ensure service level agreement performance for incident request and problem management
· Manage hardware lifecycle including laptops desktops mobile devices printers and operational devices
· Drive continuous improvement of user experience service delivery and automation
· Maintain onboarding and offboarding information technology processes
· Monitor and report key service metrics including mean time to resolution first call resolution and user satisfaction
· Ensure reliability and availability of local area network wide area network wireless connectivity firewalls and internet service providers
· Maintain high availability for critical business and production systems
· Partner with central infrastructure teams on upgrades standards and architecture alignment
· Oversee local server rooms and infrastructure compliance
· Implement proactive monitoring and capacity planning
· Serve as site liaison for enterprise applications including enterprise resource planning manufacturing execution systems and collaboration platforms
· Coordinate with global information technology and business stakeholders for issue resolution
· Ensure integration between site systems and enterprise platforms
· Enforce corporate cybersecurity standards at the site level
· Ensure compliance with security policies audits and regulatory requirements
· Manage endpoint protection patching and vulnerability remediation
· Participate in incident response and disaster recovery testing
· Promote security awareness among site employees
· Act as a trusted advisor to site leadership
· Align information technology initiatives with operational engineering and business objectives
· Identify opportunities for automation and digital optimization
· Support business continuity and operational resilience planning
· Contribute to budgeting and cost optimization initiatives
· Manage local information technology vendors and service providers
· Track and optimize telecom and infrastructure contracts
· Oversee asset inventory and lifecycle management
· Ensure cost effective procurement aligned with corporate standards
· Lead and develop site information technology personnel
· Foster accountability customer focus and technical excellence
· Coordinate cross functional initiatives with central information technology teams
· Drive a culture of continuous improvement within information technology operations Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience
· Seven to ten years of progressive information technology experience
· Three to five years of information technology leadership or site level management experience
· Strong experience with enterprise network infrastructure
· Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
· Experience supporting enterprise applications including enterprise resource planning and manufacturing execution systems
· Experience with endpoint management platforms
· Knowledge of information technology service management frameworks with ITIL preferred
· Experience supporting manufacturing or operational environments Tools and Technologies
