Summary

Resource 1 is seeking a Workday Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to step in as the interim change leader during a pivotal phase of a University''s Workday implementation. This hybrid contract role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, driving end-to-end change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies for 5,000+ faculty, staff, and student workers across the University.

Responsibilities:

Lead Workday OCM strategy and roadmap for 5,000+ users.
Collaborate with implementation partner s OCM team to adapt standard frameworks to the University''''''''s needs.
Manage stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, and communication strategies.
Guide adoption of standardized business processes and workflows.
Mentor other OCM team members.
Contribute to building the foundational Change Management Office.

Qualifications:

7+ years of dedicated OCM experience, preferably in ERP/SaaS implementations.
Proven end-to-end ownership of enterprise change initiatives on a Workday implementation would be ideal.
Strong, relatable communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Prosci or ACMP certification preferred.
Higher Ed experience a plus.
