Role Overview
We are looking for a QA Engineer to support the launch of our Lottery as a Service platform in Canada.
This role goes beyond traditional testing. You will act as the quality owner for the market, ensuring that all systems, integrations, and processes are ready for release and operating reliably.
You will work across multiple teams and stakeholders to coordinate testing activities, manage release readiness, and design and execute acceptance testing for local market features, while providing clear visibility on quality and risks.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end quality for the Canada local market
- Ensure systems and services are ready for testing, validation, and release
- Coordinate and drive testing activities across teams, including:
- Functional and end-to-end testing
- Integration testing across services
- Regression validation
- UAT
- Drive acceptance testing for local market features, including design and execution
- Manage release readiness, including:
- Tracking quality status across systems
- Identifying risks and gaps
- Ensuring quality gates are met before go-live
- Provide clear visibility on:
- Testing progress
- Risks and blockers
- Overall release confidence
- Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of testing practices

- Canada market is launched with high confidence and minimal issues
- Clear visibility on quality status and risks throughout the release
- Testing activities provide meaningful coverage of critical user journeys and integrations, increasing confidence in releases
- Quality metrics are collected and used to drive decisions and continuously improve quality gates and processes
