Job Title: Integrations Lead – OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Integrations Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to design, develop, and manage enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HCM ATOM feeds and a solid understanding of cloud-based integration frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Work extensively with HCM ATOM feeds to enable real-time and batch data integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions
Develop and maintain integration interfaces, mappings, and workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability
Provide technical leadership and best practices for integration architecture
Document integration processes, technical specifications, and workflows

Required Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Proven experience working with HCM ATOM feeds
Solid understanding of REST/SOAP web services and integration patterns
Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end integrations
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker (SOAP integrations)
Exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud or related HR systems
Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies

Nice to Have:

Prior experience in a lead or architect role
Experience working in a remote, distributed team environment
