Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional SME with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, specifically in the Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL) modules. The ideal candidate will have extensive functional experience in implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Financials solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and provide functional expertise for Oracle Fusion Financials AR and GL modules.

• Configure and support Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including customer transactions, receipts, adjustments, and accounting.

• Configure and support General Ledger (GL) processes, including chart of accounts, journals, ledgers, accounting periods, and financial reporting.

• Perform AR-to-GL reconciliation and troubleshoot accounting-related issues.

• Support month-end and period-end close activities.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Financials functional solutions.

• Work with business users and technical teams on integrations, enhancements, testing, and issue resolution.

• Prepare functional design documents and support configuration, SIT, UAT, and production deployment.

• Provide ongoing functional support and recommend process improvements.

• Troubleshoot complex Oracle Fusion Financials issues and provide effective solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.

• Extensive hands-on functional expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) and General Ledger (GL).

• Experience with Oracle Fusion configuration and implementation.

• Strong knowledge of AR accounting, GL accounting, journal entries, and reconciliation processes.

• Experience with period close and financial reporting.

• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production support.

• Strong experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, and stakeholder communication.

• Ability to work independently as a Functional SME and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Must be comfortable working PST work hours.
