Position : Technical Lead/ .NET Developer

Location : Brooklyn, OH

Pay Range: $65/hr - $70/hr on W2

Duration: Long Term

Position Summary

The organization is seeking a dedicated Technical Lead to oversee the architecture, development, integration, and ongoing support of technology solutions that facilitate Commercial Real Estate lending operations. This role involves partnering with various business and technical stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions aligned with enterprise standards. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle, mentor engineering teams, and ensure system reliability, security, and performance. This is a temp-to-perm position based onsite at Brooklyn, OH.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy and architecture for lending applications and integrations.


• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable technology solutions supporting CRE lending processes.


• Define architecture standards, integration patterns, and engineering best practices.


• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce technical debt.


• Provide technical leadership for modernization initiatives involving SaaS and cloud-based platforms.


• Oversee development, enhancement, implementation, and support activities across the technology ecosystem.


• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.


• Review and approve technical designs, code, deployment plans, and implementation strategies.


• Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, CI/CD practices, and security requirements.


• Support integrations between key platforms and internal data, workflow, and document management systems.


• Drive solutions supporting deal intake, underwriting, financial analysis, credit approvals, and portfolio management.


• Mentor developers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.


• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to project teams.


• Lead root-cause analysis and resolution of complex technical issues.


• Establish performance, availability, resiliency, and monitoring standards for supported applications.


• Promote Agile delivery practices and ongoing process improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.


• 8+ years of experience in application development, systems integration, or software engineering.


• 3+ years of technical leadership experience managing development teams or large-scale initiatives.


• Proven experience designing and supporting enterprise applications in complex environments.


• Strong expertise with:




• .NET / C#


• REST APIs and service-oriented architectures


• SQL and relational databases


• System integrations and middleware technologies


• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices


• Cloud and SaaS application architectures


• Version control tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, or GitLab




• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and best practices.


• Excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.


• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial lending or CRE lending technology.


• Familiarity with commercial credit underwriting platforms.


• Knowledge of CRE origination, underwriting, credit approval, and portfolio management.


• Experience integrating third-party SaaS platforms with enterprise applications.


• Understanding of enterprise data integration, cloud computing, and modern API architectures.


• Background supporting regulatory, risk, and compliance standards within financial services.


• Relevant architecture or advanced technical certifications
