Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to drive new client acquisition and expand business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in business development, lead generation, client engagement, and software/IT services sales. This role requires a proactive and target-oriented professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to understand customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to propose suitable software and IT service solutions.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales pipeline reports, and business forecasts.
Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Develop and execute strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
7 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or software/IT services sales.
Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience working with CRM tools and MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment and manage multiple client opportunities.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities, if required.
