·        108 Months Experience as lead developer on projects performing and implementing systems design, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance and security procedures.                                     

·        108 Months Experience in using Microsoft Visual Studio to design & develop complex n-tier web applications using ASP.NET/MVC and/or C# and modern programming principles; Object-oriented, scalable, maintainable, single-responsibility and highest application security standards                              

·        96 Months Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .Net web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP/Restful APIs, message and queue processing, and/or an Enterprise Service Bus.                                            

·        96 Months Experience creating and reading formal Technical documentation based on system requirements and interpreting and analyzing business requirements and building the logic within an application''''s code to meet those requirements                                         

·        84 Months Experience with Oracle 11G or higher and writing SQL and PL/SQL queries, updates, stored procedures, functions and cursors, and Oracle SQL query optimization.                                             

·        36 Months Experience developing applications that follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0                                   

·        36 Months Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2010 or later or GitLab, for development activities and code repositories
