We are looking for Salesforce Lead Developer for our client in Coppell, TX
Job Title: Salesforce Lead Developer
Job Location: Coppell, TX
Job Type: Contract
Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud based on business requirements.
  • Develop high-quality code using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flows.
  • Design and implement integration solutions using API-led architecture, Kafka, ESB, and microservices.
  • Optimize SOQL queries and ensure adherence to Apex governor limits.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Map end-to-end CRM processes such as lead-to-order and case lifecycle into Salesforce capabilities.
  • Ensure best practices in code quality, performance, and platform governance.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on technical expertise.
  • Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, and Salesforce Flows.
  • Experience with integration patterns including APIs, Kafka, ESB, and microservices.
  • Solid understanding of SOQL performance tuning and Apex governor limits.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM processes such as lead-to-order and service operations.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with OmniStudio, DevOps tools (e.g., Copado), and advanced Salesforce features.
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration and distributed systems architecture.

Certifications:

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (required).
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred).
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (preferred).
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (preferred).
  • Additional certifications such as OmniStudio, LWC Specialist, or DevOps are a plus.

Additional Information:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required.
  • Ability to lead development efforts and mentor junior developers.
