Core Requirements:
- Possess between 3 to 5 years of direct, on-the-job experience in deploying Saviynt Identity Governance solutions.
- Demonstrable grasp of Identity Governance and Administration principles and proven track record of delivering full-scale Saviynt integrations.
- Expertise in:
* Linking authoritative identity sources such as Databases, Workday, or LDAP for efficient identity onboarding and data provisioning.
* Configuring and managing integrations with ServiceNow for UI on access requests, as well as ticket issuance and tracking in user lifecycle events.
* Applying Saviynt''s default connectors plus REST/SOAP-based custom integrations to a variety of repositories and applications, including Active Directory, SuccessFactor, and Okta.
* Establishing multiple-layered approval mechanisms for access management and governance-related functions.
* Designing Saviynt Security Access Vector (SAV) roles for stakeholders like auditors and application owners, aiming for least-privileged access consistent with job duties.
* Setting up certification processes for managers and owners, including the customization of campaign and email templates.
* Crafting both out-of-the-box and tailored reports covering various metrics and operational data.
* Adjusting Saviynt configurations within external files, global settings, and import mechanisms.
- Proven capabilities in devising and implementing test strategies at various stages (unit, system, integration) of the Saviynt solution delivery lifecycle.
- Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting acumen for identifying and rectifying any issues during both ongoing maintenance and new deployment phases.
- Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, team members, and external partners throughout the project lifespan.
Operational Duties:
- Develop and adjust Saviynt functionalities pertaining to areas such as access catalogs, authorization processes, provisioning protocols, regular access reviews, role assignments, and analytical dashboards.
- Craft and refine workflow management systems relevant to business needs, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements, notification plans, and error-handling mechanisms.
- Facilitate integrations with essential systems, adapting Saviynt connectors for use with directories like Active Directory, HR resources, ticketing platforms, and critical healthcare applications.
- Oversee lifecycle management for identities, including initiation, amendments, cessation actions, and managing subsequent access revocations and recertification outcomes.
- Lead quality assurance efforts through test case development, user acceptance testing facilitation, and overseeing environment-specific deployment coordination, including post-launch support.
- Compile and maintain necessary documentation and proof of compliance pertinent to federal regulatory demands.
Expected Contributions:
- Articulate user stories and acceptance criteria within an Agile framework, alongside backlogs, sprint documents, and JIRA tracker administration.
- Deliver integration documentation such as mapping tables for attributes/entitlements, connector specifications, endpoint inventories, and troubleshooting guidelines.
- Contribute to the deployment process by providing detailed change records, configuration variances across environments, and robust contingency planning.
- Generate and maintain operational manuals including procedure guides, schedule tables, as well as instructions for monitoring and issue resolution.
Educational Qualifications:
- Hold at least a Bachelor''s Degree in a related field.
